SEB Kort Bank and Taxi Stockholm are two major clients that I have been working with for the last 3 years. All projected are under NDA but I’m working on getting their written approval for showcasing processes and making case study. This is a preview for the work I’ve contributed to.

As a Product Designer, I take confidentiality seriously. My most recent projects are currently under strict NDA, and I am in the process of securing approval to showcase them. While I can’t display the details just yet, I’d be happy to discuss my design approach and problem-solving strategies in a conversation.

MY WORK | 2023-2025

SEB Kort

SEB Kort Bank AB is a leading card company in Europe and a wholly owned subsidiary of the SEB Group. The products are consisted of four major credit card and loan apps – Spendwise, Eurocard, SAS & Corporate Card.

My role is mainly UX/UI Design, with a focus on building design systems, high-fidelity pixel-perfect screens, and accessibility across all the apps.

Impact

amazing archivement

  • Reduced costs by digitizing a self-service feature, reducing manual costs by 18% within 3 months.
  • Design the most successful feature with circa. 60,000 uses per month.
  • Tackled app improvements based on customer service feedback, leading to reduced calls.
  • Increased profitability on the consumer by digitizing an additional benefit, every 10,000 insurances makes the bank a million kroner
  • Advocated for and executed a popular need for the users, increasing the ratings of the app by 0.1 stars

MY WORK | 2022-2023

Taxi Stockholm

As the premier cab company, Taxi Stockholm is known for using environmentally friendly cars with exceptionally knowledgeable drivers. The app has a user-friendly approach with a digital experience fully focused and aligned with their high standards and provides a safe and personalized service that sets them apart in a competitive environment.

My role wass mainly UX/UI Design, with a focus on organizing and developing design systems, and adding new features.

Check out the projects

We have designed a seamless way to book and manage rides in Stockholm. Booking a trip is quick and easy allowing personalized touches like choosing the type of taxi, and options for extras like child seats or room for your pet. Users stay in control of costs with a fixed or metered price, and can pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay in app, via invoice through your taxi account, or directly to the driver.
